Career Coaching
Through coaching conversations we are able to assist individuals or teams to link their learning to organization goals. We do this by working with trainees to support them in identifying blocks to achieving their desired goals; in analysing the reality of their situation; and in choosing solutions that they can put into career action.
Training Room
We will use meeting room for training room
8 trainees for Small Room and 16 trainees for big Room
Trainees learn how to use computer program
We use senior professional employees fully with experience from other organization for our trainer
We will coach you to be professional on the career you choosed
You will understand exactly actual task, planning for a companies as same as you working there.
After completed course you will feel that you have been working for 2 years ago and pround.
Approximately 90 - 100% of our Course graduates are successfully employed within 3- 4 weeks of course completion!
You may receive capacity building Cerficate, and Recommendation while you succesfully complited course.
Our Placement Consultant will continue to give you advice and guidance, as required, even after the completion of your training course. As a TNA graduate our employment service will actively assist you in finding a suitable position.
Our Training Tools
TNA’s facilities include three training/conference rooms available per shift when use for TNA activities.
- Air-conditioned rooms, fully equipped with meeting tables an chairs, Pcs, whiteboards and Flipchart
- Additional rooms for small group work
- Quiet location with sufficient and safe parking for motorcycles and cars
- OHP and LCD projector
- Competitive charges, and discounts for long-term trainees.
- Catering can be arranged through in-house restaurant
