Career Training

At TNA Inc we provide a range of career training and HR services which are specifically tailored to help support fresh graduate student, Poorest people, Disable people, Line Managers and Supervisors. Our courses are designed to provide delegates with a good understanding of basic employment law, career activities and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to solving employment problems, so that they can be identified and addressed at an early stage.

Note: There will provide training free of charge of disable peole, or people from NGOs.

Course Outline

The course is available to anyone interested in gaining the all important skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become a professional receptionist, Call Center and Cutomer Services, anywhere in the Cambodia.

The course is specially designed for people who have never worked in a reception before. During the course of 4 weeks you will learn how to welcome guests, use company jargon, be able to fully understand and use a organization PMS computer program, take reservations, check in, check out and all the other little things you need to know to start work in a fabulous companies. Not only will we tell you theoretically how everything works but more importantly you will be able practise all these things in a fully functional re-build of a companies reception desk. So when you have your first day as receptionist, Call Center and Cutomer Services you won't feel worried or uncomfortable behind the front desk at all. You will also learn a lot more about the individual organization chains and what it is they do. This will help you later to decide which companies you would like to work for.

Qualified human resources specialists are in demand by both by private companies and NGOs. The Ministry of Cambodia Labor Law forecasts that the need for human resources professionals will grow by as much as 20% through 2010.

The course is specially designed for people who have never worked in a HR before. During the course of 4 weeks you will learn how to given the broad nature of the responsibilities, your coursework might also include hr funtion, social sciences, business, behavioral sciences, admin, law, compensation, recruitment, training, and development ect.

A certificate in Human Resources can provide a distinguishing qualification both for those already working in the profession, as well as for those who want to enter this exciting field.
